The mission of the Convalescent Ministry is to encourage and bring hope, joy and Sonshine and most of all the word of God to the sick and shut in.

 

Ministering to the elderly is an important aspect of our community outreach. Through the dedication of outreach workers, bi-weekly worship services and bible studies are provided to the elderly in several local facilities. Many workers extend their ministry through one-on-one and individual relationships with patients. The labor in this mission field is intense and difficult but the rewards are many and varied. The smiling, expectant faces that welcome the saints each week are a clear evidence of God’s blessing upon the work.

To see and help as many as possible, elderly have a relationship and receive Jesus as their personal savior.

 

“And even to your old age I am he; and even to gray hairs I will carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and deliver you.” (Isaiah 46:4)
